Reviews
Very price friendly store for those wanting to get into outdoor activities, I got a sleeping bag for $50 (usually $70) it’s good quality and kept me warm on 8° nights.
The store is a bit crowded & they don’t have an issue with parents letting their kids run wild & disturbing other customers.
Would suggest cracking down and making it a policy for parents to keep their children with them at all times & open up some space so it’s less crowded

The store's ambiance is inviting, and the staff's fashion expertise makes shopping a breeze. I've found my new favorite spot for trendy and functional outdoor wear!" Highly recommended.
Disappointing Experience: Pricing Discrepancy and Poor Customer Service:
I recently had a rather disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a t-shirt and noticed that the price on the tag was lower than what I was charged at the store. Intrigued by the discrepancy, I approached the staff to inquire about the situation.
To my surprise, the staff's response was far from accommodating. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, I was met with rudeness and dismissive behavior. It seemed as though my concern was not taken seriously. Rather than addressing the situation promptly, I was left feeling as if my time was being wasted.
Despite my patience and understanding, I left the store without a resolution to the issue. The lack of transparency and professionalism left me feeling as though I had been deceived. As a customer, I expect to be treated respectfully and to have my concerns addressed in a timely manner.
I believe it's important for businesses to maintain a high level of customer service and honesty.
Be aware, they are not honouring the warranites at this store. They wont take the product in case of any damage or manufacture fault. Kindly avoid purchasing whether online or in store at this location.
A staff member rudely told me to leave because I had food in the store. I escalated because I wanted to stay and purchase a jacket, but they sarcastically responded 'Have a nice day' with a dismissive hand gesture. I will not shop here anymore.
I attempted to call the store to inquire about the ongoing 40% sales, but the person on the other end of the phone hung up within 10 seconds of the call. I tried calling two more times, but the first attempt was answered and immediately disconnected, while the second time, the call went straight to voicemail. Based on this experience and the majority of negative reviews, I will not be visiting this store. I had planned on buying winter clothes for my entire family. The management should consider training their staff and closely monitoring how they treat their customers.
The middle age woman who has a bit white hair always bad attitude to customers, so mean….
She like interrogate clients and even throw the products which clients bought last time….
Poor customer service. The worst experience ever. The cashier literally threw the receipt on the desk when I returned an item in perfect condition.
I just bought a rain cover for my backpack yesterday; but, it doesn't fit well.
